TEEN CHOICE 2012 will once again celebrate the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web in the choicest, star-studded two-hour event airing live Sunday, July 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. “The Vampire Diaries” leads the TEEN CHOICE 2012 nominees with six nominations, while AMERICAN IDOL and Justin Bieber each garnered five nominations. In addition, new categories added this year include Choice Book and Choice Electronic Dance Music (EDM) Artist.
Starting today, fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day per category for their favorite TEEN CHOICE 2012 nominees at www.teenchoiceawards.com. Host(s), performers, presenters and additional nominees will be announced soon.

Congratulations True Blood and Anna Paquin!
Well, I can say congrats to Anna for being nominated, but I am kinda confused as TB isn’t a teen show. I mean if I had teenagers at home they sure as heck wouldn’t be allowed to watch that shown until they were at least 17 I would think but thats’ mho. I truly don’t think she or the show will win when they are up again the teen shows and actresses nominated.

They have no chance of winning, but yeah, I don’t know why True Blood would be nominated for a Teen Choice.
I don’t get it either Teen Choice Awards this is not a teen show but i want to say congrats to Anna & True Blood for being nominated . I am diehard fan of the show . I hope they will win . I am sad Alexander didn’t get a vote to me, He was at his best last season .
I sure as hell wouldn’t let my teenager watch True Blood…I can’t even watch it with my own mother and I’m almost 40! LOL
LOL, I completely hear you on that. If you’re an older teen, fine, like 18 or 19, but I don’t think anyone younger should watch. I know some 16 and 17-year-olds do, though.
