  1. Ugh, it’s always about Bill with these people. Eric stole the show yet again for me, and had some of the best lines as usual. Russell and Steve, I definitely noticed some sparkage there.

    • Tammy, if you’re talking about Sookie looking back at her past. A close friend of mine pointed out to me that Sookie was remembering all the people who had hurt her or thought she was different or called her a freak. I think it’s a good thing that Eric wasn’t seen in it because he accepts her for who she is, whereas Bill can’t or won’t.

      • Not that, I was referring to the Inside the Episode. Where he just mentioned how it was a big deal for Bill at the end or whatever, like he was the only one involved.

        • I don’t think that’s what he meant. Nymerias could probably explain it better than I could, because she and I were just discussing this. BUT, I took that to mean that when everyone saw Lilith and resumed eating, Eric was the only one who stopped – thanks to Godric. I think this is the beginning of Bill’s evil doings. And that Bill WILL be the one who turns bad. And all those other vampires who are embracing Lilith will be eventually punished.

          • Yes, I agree totally…I watched it again to be sure. Did you notice that when Godric first appears and speaks, Eric looks at Nora and can see Lilith next to her, but when Godric gently chastises him and asks him to save his sister, Eric looks again and can only see Nora–who still clearly thinks she is seeing Lilith standing next to her.

Interesting too that Bill thought he warranted a special look and smile from Lilith. I am so proud of the writers that they have led us to this point purposefully all along…they have always showed us his depravity and his sweet ass duplicity. Interesting who bought it and who was enraged by it, eh? Game changer is right! Keep watching, I have a feeling we are going to see him some justice!

          • I still highly doubt that the writers make bill evil, he is on lilith blood, so sookie will have all the excuses already if she jumps back at bill…

and seriously, I am more and more convinced the writers are smoking something weird, the show is getting worse and worse. Only erics lines were enjoyable…

          • I guess, tend to zone out whenever he’s mentioned…lol!

        • Yeah!! And they dindnt even mentioned Godric!!!! Godric!!!!!!!

      • I agree with you Erika I first though ok where’s Eric in this montage but then I quickly cancelled that when I rewound that part again that Sookie was thinking about everyone wanting to know “what she was” as opposed to accepting who she is. Eric only asked it once but was amnesiac Eric then so of course he didn’t know her yet!

  2. Hello! Did you notice WHAT they said about Bill? Karma is going to kick this vamp in the pants after nearly 5 long seasons. He’s Salome’s beyatch…and I think he has been for a long time. Can’t wait to see how this develops! I don’t care what’s happened before–he’s going DOWN.

ps I am really afraid they will kill off Jessica, why am I sensing this? say it aint so!

    • And what about Eric? Do you think Allan ball will be capable of taking him with him at the end of the season? I’m worried they are making Eric bills savior! I hope he saves Sookie from bill and not get killed at the end! Spoiler*** ball said in an interview that the last scene of the season will include Sookie, Eric and bill… And they were deciding which frame of the three to end with!

  3. Well I saw it but as a whole I was left indifferent if I could have watched on FF I would have and I feel horrible saying it because once I lived and breathed the show. It was good seeing Eric get the more entertaining moments IMO and I loved seeing Goderic more Goderic is always of the good. But the world according to Bill has become well a bit of a bore and that isn’t even addressing who makes a better couple B&S or E&S. Bill bores me, S&B bore me. Russel makes me laugh.Tara as a character annoys me..Still. Alcide and the other female have chemistry at least.I still route for Lafayette. Sookie is annoying me even though I get the crisis it still annoys me that we are still at the stage with her that she thinks she will ever be normal. I don’t know maybe I’m being too critical not enough E&S make for a grumpy gal.. Forgive me if I have bummed anyone out or offended guess I’m trying to get the sense of if its me or this season’s offerings that seem to be hit or miss

  4. No! Just no! Whatthefuckwasthat?

  5. Dafuq did I just watch? Seriously, I have never been so irritated by all the side stories on TB! It was like: 1 min of Sookie, then 5 of all the boring side characters..then again 1 min of all the vamps, then again 5 mins of the boring side characters… i mean, we should count it up and I BET that the Sookie scenes and the vamps scenes take less than 2 mins of almost an hour of TB. That’s just ridiculous. It has always been a lot like this, but now it has irritated me DURING the episode more than ever!

Okay now I got that off my chest…: Didn’t really need to see so much of that Lilith girl lol, that was …hm, almost uncomfortable? And I’m totally no prude.. So did Sookie even ever meet Luna, cause I sure as hell don’t remember any of that. Sad they killed Dieter, he rocked if you asked me (more so than Roman did, big time). I loooooved Russel (and I’m glad he forgave Eric, for now) and I love Rev Newlin, he’s so cute and funny for some reason :D The Jesusito stuff bored me to death, theifrit and shifters and wolves crap also (you should have seen my snort on my drink when I saw karate kid/rambo Alcide, he looked so effing silly it was sad, and oh yes, let’s all notice how he moves on from woman to woman ever so easily, I tell you, no more Sookie and Alcide to come and good riddens!)

So all in all, I think that Lilith was some sort of hallucination from which only Eric snapped out off with Godric’s help – I still think it is lame that they show him as a white ghost, I don’t know why but it is weird and roll eye worthy…eventhough I LOVE Godric.
I think Sookie WILL (almost) deflate her powers and meet beehl somehow, and he’ll glamor her into bed or just force her, I don’t know. I just think she won’t do it with him willingly.I hope beehl does turn out the big bad guy, I really do… fingers crossed.
(And there’s a small spark of hope that she will finally see at the end of the season how good Eric is and have crazy I-missed-your-sexy-ass-body-and-love-you-to-bits-let’s-bond-again-sex)
    Sorry for the long post!

  6. Oh and, it appears to me that vial contained fairy blood. They all had like a tea spoon full or so? So their reaction was like a nice trip. Now remember Eric’s reaction to draining Claudine last season, see how it totally looks the same?Eric even has the same hee-hee-hee look on his gorgeous face. (they just won’t be daywalking because they had so little, not a full fairy each.) So I’m pretty sure Lilith is a hallucination and not real.

Please let there be nice Eric and Sookie moments coming up… I need it so bad to happen!

    • its more likely there will be another bill sookie moment, knowing these writers…and it might be even a sex scene…yuck…

      • I think it will be more of a ”rape” scene in which Eric will save Sookie from the crazed beehl :) please please please let it be so…fingers crossed.

        • wishful thinking… I think it might be either a nightmare of sookie (which would also be bad, because that means that sookie still always thinks about beehl), or Sookie is willingly having sex with beehl…yuck…

  7. As far as I’m concerned the only good part of last nights episode was Godric. I love it when he speaks to Eric. As someone before me said maybe the writers are smoking some weird shit. The show is so out in left field this season. I know a lot of people have stopped watching. I’m not just talking bookies either. It’s mostly people who have not read the books that are not watching any more. There is nothing to keep them interested anymore. It’s us die hard bookies that keep watching and hoping that they get back on track for a Eric and Sookie reuniting. That I’m sure WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
I could go on and list all the things in last nights episode that NO ONE CARES ABOUT,but we all know what they are. I just hope some one can right this ship before it sinks into sea of cancelled shows.

  8. UGH! I hope next week’s is better than this week’s was. I was a total fan for the first three seasons and I love the books, but since about the 4th episode of season 4 things have just gotten silly with the show. The only story that interests me now is Tara and Pam (and I usually don’t like Tara that much). The whole Lillith storyline is so dull and I could care less about Bill, Sam, the wolves, and Jessica and Jason. Oh, and the fire monster needs to be quickly extinguished! This season is missing romance, namely some romance between Sookie and Eric.

  9. Well, maybe I’m in the minority here, but I thought that last nights’ eppy was quite a bit better than some of the others over the last 4 years. I do agree that too much time was paid to the other petty storylines and I won’t digress to them here, as we all know what they are.

It would be sweet to see Bill show his true colors as the ultimate bad vamp, which we all know is there and has been all along. I agree that Eric will save Sookie from Bill ( I hope I’m right too, fingers AND toes crossed…) at the end of the season and she sees Eric and Bill as they truly are with Eric coming out on top as the good vamp. That would make the last 5 years soooooo much more easier to bare all the Ball/Billshit.

I could write more, but don’t want to make this too long. Since the show has been officially renewed for a sixth season, I hope that they FINALLY turn the storyline back closer to the books and Sookie and Eric are together like they should be.

  10. I think the queen is going to go “Dark” or darker, and Eric is gonna save his ass!! All of their asses!! He is going to follow Godric’s advise and try to stop the madness!! We can only hope!!

  11. this season seems a bit all over the place, there are so many storylines going on right now, some of which are a little useless.

I love that Eric is the first one to snap out of the trance, and godric saying “you know this is wrong.” i guess its up to eric to stop the others.

I hope beehl will show everyone his true colours, and sookie will finally be able to move on (into the arms of the viking)

  12. While I haven’t been very impressed with this season so far this particular episode did get my attention a little. First was my boy Godric. They didn’t even bother to tease us that he was coming back this season until the spoiler last week. Do they think so little of him and us? Love that he was there and an integral part of whatever is happening. Second was Lilith. At this point I believe she was an hallucination brought about by either Fairy blood or really old vampire blood (not necessairly hers). Next it looks like Eric may end up being the voice of reason or saviour of everyone (yeah Viking!). What he does and doesn’t see is the key. Eric is going to put himself in a rough spot in order to save everything. You can’t go against religious zealots w/o expectations of getting burned yourself. The arc should be interesting. Poor Sookie. She is so depressed and guilty about how her life and actions have hurt people she loves that she is going to potentially make a really stupid decision w/o all the facts. She still cannot accept herself as different. Granted she has had no support or training from those who could help (Fairies) so she has had to muddle through. The question of can I be normal is not just from AB’s busy brain. If bookies recall when Sookie met Niall for the first time one of the first things she asked him was if he could take away her telepathy. We all wish at one time or another to become something/someone different under the assumption that it would make our lives better. I can see the question but the timing now is poor. Hopefully Sookie will hold off before giving it all away. As for the rest of the characters segments I didn’t really care very much. I hope to God that Bill and Sookie do not get together but you just can’t tell with funkily cut teasers and AB’s Bill love. I do have a feeling that Eric and Sookie will not be together. I am feeling more and more like at best they will end up good friends or people who once shared something great and then moved on. There are just too many external factors in their lives to permit an HEA. AB just loves Bill too much to take it all away from him and I doubt that the new showrunner will pull back from the vision. It would be nice if Sookie staked Bill in the end just to placate us. AB might do that rather than let Eric win. Just thinking out loud for now. The season is still way too fragmented to really figure much out.

  13. I absolutely love it all! I’d rather have a mess of crap thrown in then none at all but I do think there is too much going on per show in the past few episodes…It would be better and leave for storyline growth for them to separate some of the stories. In example: Russell the Authority Bill & Eric, Sookie and the faries, Tara/Pam, & Jess/Hoyt/Jason could have been one episode, then another episode could have been Lafayette and his magic, Terry/Arlene, Sam/Luna, and Alcide/Weres. But all in one hour…it was like there were tons of commercials showing you bits and pieces of episodes…nothing more than a few mins then boom on to something else! I follow anything I watch like a hawk and this is even a bit much! Then again I probably wouldn’t watch the other only the ones with the Vamps! LOL! I really can’t speculate one way or another with how Alan is spinning this and really I guess it doesn’t matter…we have to wait and see what Hudis does next season!
