Eric was absolutely the best thing about this epi. And I was afraid, given AB’s love affair with Bill, that he would kill Eric. Thank heavens he didn’t!

I never thought he’d kill Eric because Alex is far too popular but I was afraid he would propel Bill’s character arc beyond what was believable and possibly sacrifice Eric’s credibility to get there.
absolutely loved the finale…Loved that it was Eric’s arms Sookie was in and she better stay there! Now…can we let his hair grow out..just a little…??? Save the Sookie, Save Pam, Tara, Jessica, Jason & the world then go back to the Throne and the Viking look for a little R & R! (like Eric and Nora as brother and sister..they just gotta stop screwing each other cuz that’s just not working for me)
Unfortunately, I don’t think Eric is going back yo Fangtasia. He did remove all his money from there. I want him back there. as sheriff. I have ALL the Tee shirts.

I’m with everyone on this one I was shocked that Bill died but then Eric was instantly there for her as he should. Now Sookie stop going after the were wolves and who ever else and just stay with Eric. Hes the only one thats ever truly been there for you!
I agree with everyone as well!!!!!! loved these interviews, eric will love sookie forever and thats just the way it is! stop fighting it writers!! This episode made me love this show again!! actually excited for season 6 now! Eric and Sookie forever!!!!!
The writers gave us what every S&E fan dream of..a finally dead Bill, even if only for a few seconds. I don’t think even Sookie can take him back after what she went through at the end. (need some clorox to scrub the whole “birthing” scene at Melotte’s off my eyes). It was an action packed episode that didn’t wast too much time on other characters (again, back to Andy now having 4 little girls to raise, proof that the fairy Maurella is a total whack job by the way)..And I am feeling hopeful for Sookie & Eric in season 6..9 months to go…
Of course he still loves her – we all know that – we just need Sookie to wake up now

I enjoyed watching the above videos of Alex and I agree with everything all of you said in your comments. Myself, I. am. speechless. I didn’t expect what happened in the finale and it will take a little bit longer for me to figure out what repercussions are now going to occur in season 6.
I am, however, over the moon with Alex saying that Eric still loves Sookie. I hope that the writers are finally coming to their senses and give us E&S lovers (the majority of their viewership) what we want.
I, too, cannot wait until next June!!!!!!!!
Great episode i loved it all . I love our viking with his lady love Sookie hope too see many more times together . Bring on season 6 i am gearing up for it for sure . Thank you Alan Ball so much for this . Now they need to kill Nora . She knows something about Warlow i wonder if she will tell Jason about him and Eric so they can prepare themselves to once again fight for Sookie . Eric & Sookie forever . I love it .
This is the teeniest bit off topic, but in an interview when Alan Ball was asked if Warlow was a vampire we knew, he said no comment…..Ideas? The reason I bring this up is b/c I hope Eric is the one Sookie goes to for protection. Against both Warlow and the literal bloody mess that Bill has turned into!
I keep thinking about the ‘vows’ that they exchanged in the cubby. Hmm.
The “We will be one’ moment, Larissa? I know, I figured that was a meaningful statement by Eric, but we’ve never seen any evidence since as to what, if anything, that was supposed to signify! I hope it doesn’t become another of a billion plot holes…
Yeah. I’m hoping they ignored it in S4 because of all the other stuff that happened and then Eric ignored it in S5 because he was protecting Sookie and because she wanted it that way. I guess we’ll see.
i hope now that sookie saw what a pathetic creature bill is and what a magnifisent viking vampire god she has on her side she will choose Eric!!!!! Love Eric&Sookie forever!!!!!!!!!!!!
