As we posted yesterday, our good friend Barbara from SkarsgardFans.com is visiting the True Blood set where they are busy filming season 6! We’re not sure which episode they are filming exactly because…well, you’ll find out soon!

Here’s your first look at the Governor. These photos were taken during rehearsal because you’re not allowed to take photos while they are filming. BUMMER.

As you can see, Stephen Moyer is directing this scene. We already know that he’s supposed to direct episode 1. Shouldn’t they be further along in filming by now? I don’t know…but this scene could carry on to episode 2 as well. We just don’t know.
What do you think of the Governor? Does he appear to be the menacing kind of person he’s supposed to be when they put out the casting call?

Yep, please Thank Barbara for sharing with us, I enjoy hearing any news I can get regarding season 6 (although I fully agree with luvvamps and am waiting for Alex news for the coming season!!).
You know, I think that when they film some of the eppys, they film some scenes out of order sometimes and edit it into the eppy as they need them. So therefore, they could be filming eppy three but still shooting some scenes from 1. You know, I was thinking Stephen is a pretty good Director, maybe they’ll kill off Billith this season and still keep Steve on the payroll as a more often used Director for the show, that way, we’d get rid of Billith, but not Stephen (who I adore as a person, but not in the role of Bill!).
I guess thats’ just wishful thinking on my part tho’, as I don’t think that will happen. Also Thanks for giving us the info on Barbs’ site so we can check and see if there is any more pics.
